5. Undeliverable Packages
Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Zenstore is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, additional reshipping fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zenstoreind@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Lost Packages: For missing orders, contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the issue.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
