SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to India & also overseas.

International Shipping: Available for select countries. Additional fees and customs duties may apply.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping : 5-7 business working days

  • International Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors such as order volume, destination, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight and dimensions

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You cantrack your order's progress using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Zenstore is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, additional reshipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zenstoreind@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: For missing orders, contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the issue.

7. Customs and Duties

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

  • The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books, music)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zentrixindia.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the following address: 6, Gandhi Mandapam Road, Surya Nagar, Kotturpuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600085

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective item).

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.        

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if it is damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

    • Order number.

    • Reason for return or refund.

    • Photos of the item (if applicable).

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@zentrixindia.com

2. Refunds

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are generally non-cancellable:

  • Orders for custom-made or personalized items

  • Pre-ordered items

  • Orders that have already shipped
